How Applications Work
Applications are reviewed manually. A large member count alone does not guarantee approval.
Submit the Basics
Provide your name, project or community, links, audience, partnership type, and what you are proposing.
Initial Review
We check activity, quality, reputation, compatibility, and whether the proposal creates value for both sides.
Discuss the Terms
Approved applicants discuss promotion, expectations, branding, contacts, and any joint work before launch.
Launch the Partnership
Once both sides agree, listings and announcements are published and the partnership becomes active.
Keep It Active
Inactive, misleading, abusive, or one-sided partnerships may be removed after review.

These guidelines keep expectations clear before either side announces a partnership.
Do you accept both developers and roleplay servers?
Yes. Development partners, roleplay communities, and complementary service providers can apply when the relationship makes sense for both sides.
Is there a minimum member count?
There is no single public number that guarantees approval. Activity, reputation, quality, presentation, and the actual proposal matter more than inflated member counts.
Does a partnership include free custom work?
Not automatically. Any product work, discounts, sponsorship, or development commitments must be specifically agreed to before the partnership is announced.
Can a partnership be removed?
Yes. Partnerships may end because of inactivity, reputation issues, policy violations, unfulfilled expectations, or a mutual decision to move on.
Where should I apply?
Use the partnership application option in the NEP Designs Discord and include enough detail for the proposal to be reviewed without repeated follow-up questions.
