Commission Terms
These terms apply unless your written quote states otherwise. Quote-specific terms always take priority.

01Pricing
NEP commissions generally start at $35–$40 and increase with complexity, supplied assets, privacy, revisions, and project scope.
Sam commissions are £25 per vehicle pack of around 10 liveries, £3 for each additional livery after the first 10, or £7 for a single livery.
02Privacy & Ownership
Private rights are not included by default. Unless privacy is listed in the quote, NEP Designs Co. may display, modify, reuse, release, license, or resell commissioned work.
Temporary privacy is priced at an additional 30% and lasts for six months after delivery. Permanent privacy is priced at an additional 100% and prevents public release or resale of the completed model.
Privacy applies only to the completed commissioned model. NEP Designs Co. retains ownership and intellectual property rights. Privacy does not grant source files, resale rights, redistribution rights, or ownership unless those rights are listed in writing.
03Usage
Payment grants use only for the project and rights listed in the quote. Files may be shared with trusted staff or developers only when required for installation or maintenance.
Customers may not resell, leak, redistribute, upload, transfer, extract parts from, or claim ownership of commissioned work. Customers are responsible for access they provide and for submitted materials.
04Payment & Scope
Payment of 100% is required upfront unless the written quote states otherwise. Work begins after approval, cleared payment, required references, and confirmed scope.
Payment does not guarantee an immediate start. Only the work and rights listed in the quote are included. Additional work, assets, or rights must be approved and paid for before they are added.
05Timeline & Revisions
Estimated dates are not guaranteed. Build time begins when work starts. Delays, revisions, missing references, client response time, or technical issues may extend the timeline.
Unavailable parts may be replaced, adjusted, removed, or re-quoted. Minor revisions are included only when listed. Major changes may cost extra. Confirmed mistakes within the agreed scope will be corrected.
06Cancellations & Refunds
Because commissions are custom digital work, all sales are final once work begins. Fee-free cancellation is available only before approval, payment, work, and asset preparation.
When a refund is approved after payment, NEP Designs Co. keeps at least 45% of the base price. The maximum refund is generally 55%, minus completed work, purchased assets, fees, privacy costs, and other expenses. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Delivered or accessible files are completed and non-refundable. Refunds are not normally provided for a change of mind, approved designs, missing references, inactivity, improper installation, customer changes, or no longer needing the files. NEP Designs Co. must be allowed to correct confirmed issues within scope.
07Inactivity
A commission may be treated as abandoned after 30 days without a response. Restarting may require a new quote, a restart fee, updated pricing, and placement at the end of the active queue.
08Compatibility, Delivery & Support
Commissions are made for the platform and version listed in the quote. Future compatibility is not guaranteed. Customer changes, unsupported versions, conflicts, third-party scripts, and improper installation are not automatically covered.
Report missing items or major scope differences within seven days and allow NEP Designs Co. to correct them. Customers must download and back up delivered files; storage is not guaranteed beyond 90 days.
Support is provided for one month after delivery for confirmed issues within scope. New features, redesigns, future updates, customer changes, installation issues, conflicts, lost files, and leaked copies are excluded.
09Chargebacks
Chargebacks will be contested when records show approval, progress, completed work, or delivery. Fraudulent disputes may result in cancellation, loss of support, refusal of future service, reporting where permitted, or collection of unpaid amounts.
10Approval
Approving a quote, submitting payment, or authorizing work confirms acceptance of the scope, price, payment terms, privacy terms, and these commission terms.
Special ownership, privacy, exclusivity, resale, redistribution, or usage rights must be listed in writing in the accepted quote.

Project-specific terms are confirmed in the written quote.
Do you list fixed commission prices?
No. Vehicle bases, modeling work, equipment, textures, code, compatibility, and deadlines can change the scope significantly, so each project is quoted individually.
Can you recreate another developer’s product?
We do not copy or redistribute protected work. References can establish direction, but the final project must respect ownership, licensing, and permissions.
Can I request a rush deadline?
You may include the deadline in your request. Rush work is only accepted when the schedule allows it and may affect the quote.
Will every request be accepted?
No. Requests may be declined because of schedule, scope, missing permissions, technical limitations, or a poor fit for the services currently available.
Where do commission updates happen?
Project communication and updates are handled through the agreed Discord ticket or project channel unless another method is included in the quote.
